Game support

Last updated: 19 October 2026

Need a hand with your city? Email mythiccityapp@gmail.com.

Tell us your app version, device model and operating-system version, which level you are playing, and what happened. Include the steps that lead to the problem and a screenshot if it helps. Please do not send passwords, payment details or unnecessary personal information. We will ask for a city backup only if it is needed to investigate.

Can I play without an internet connection?

Yes. The mobile app includes the game, artwork, music and sounds on your device, so you can play and save offline. Downloading or updating the app, sending support messages and using online destinations in the sharing menu need a connection.

Can I play in portrait and landscape?

Both are supported. Turn your device to choose the view that suits you. If the screen does not turn, check your device’s rotation-lock setting.

Why have new settlers stopped arriving?

Citizens need food before they can arrive. If your food has run out, open World, select a neighbouring city that sells bread, and buy some from its Market. Check Cargo for the delivery, then return to your city and press Play so time can advance.

Build a warehouse early and keep storage space free for imports. You also need completed, undamaged homes with spare room and a road connection to the arrival route. Other conditions, including happiness and jobs, can affect arrivals.

If every populated home has been demolished, rebuild housing and import ready-to-eat food such as bread. Grain and flour need workers to turn them into bread, so they cannot restart an empty city on their own.

How do I protect or move my saved city?

Your city saves on your device. In the game’s Settings, choose Save now, then Share backup to keep a separate copy in Files or another destination you choose. Use Restore backup in Settings to open that copy. Keep a backup of your current city before restoring another one.

Make a backup before uninstalling the app, clearing its data or changing devices. Local progress can be lost when the app’s data is removed. There is no Mythic City account or automatic game-server synchronisation; device backups depend on your operating-system settings.

How do I report a problem in TestFlight?

You can send feedback through TestFlight or email us. Include the build number shown in TestFlight and what you were doing when the problem happened. Avoid including private information in screenshots.

How do I report a problem on Android?

Email mythiccityapp@gmail.com with your Android version, device model, game version and what happened. If you are testing a test build, include its build number. A screenshot or exported save can help if you choose to send one. Avoid sending personal information that is not needed to investigate.

Who handles purchases and refunds?

For purchases billed by Apple, Apple handles payment and refund requests. Follow Apple’s refund instructions to request a refund or check eligibility. We can help with gameplay and technical problems through the support email above.

For Android purchases billed by Google Play, follow Google Play’s refund guidance, or its UK and EEA guidance if applicable. Eligibility depends on the circumstances and applicable law. You can also contact us at mythiccityapp@gmail.com with the purchase reference and a short description of the problem. Please do not send payment-card details. This does not affect your statutory rights.

The mobile game is a one-time paid download with no advertising, in-app purchases or subscriptions. The price displayed by your app store for your country and currency applies.
